Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional looking for an opportunity to support a dynamic team? MSD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Companion Animal and Intensive Livestock teams in Isando, Gauteng. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in data entry and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities: ✅
✔ Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
✔ Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
✔ Utilize Microsoft Outlook & Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
✔ Pack and distribute marketing materials to the Sales Team.
✔ Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders and procurement-related tasks.
✔ Conduct weekly stock take of Poultry devices.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and ensure workflow efficiency.
Requirements: 📌
✔ Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
✔ Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office applications.
✔ Ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize responsibilities.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions effectively.
✔ Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications: 🎓
✔ Grade 12 Certificate.
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Word and Advanced Excel.
