  • Amazon Assistant – Assist with listing management, keyword research, and order tracking.

  • Digital Marketing Assistant – Support social media planning, campaign execution, and marketing reports.

  • Data Entry/Data Analyst – Input and organize data accurately, create reports, and analyze trends.

  • Email Marketing Assistant – Schedule and monitor email campaigns, manage contact lists, and track performance metrics.

  • SEO Specialist – Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and track search engine rankings.

  • Influencer Marketing Assistant – Assist in researching influencers, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring results.

  • Executive Assistant – Handle scheduling, email management, and provide executive-level admin support.


What You’ll Need

Essential Qualifications:

  • A valid form of government-issued identification.

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Access to a personal computer (for the written exercise and remote work setup).

  • Willingness to complete a written assessment.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or email marketing tools (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp).

  • Knowledge of basic Excel or Google Sheets functions.
