🎯 Purpose of the Role
As an Administrator within the Discovery Invest team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our investment products. Your focus will be on accurate processing, excellent client engagement, and maintaining high operational standards to ensure seamless customer service to both financial advisors and policyholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Process and administer all Discovery Invest products, including retirement claims, payments, and tax directives.

Handle telephonic and email queries from clients, financial advisors, and franchises.

Maintain exceptional accuracy and ensure today’s work is completed today (TWT).

Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure all documentation and issues are resolved promptly.

Provide input on systems testing and process improvements.

Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and business rules.

Investigate and correct tax-related discrepancies.
📚 Minimum Requirements
-
Matric Certificate (required)
-
University Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advantageous)
-
Retirement funds or tax directive experience (advantageous)
-
Experience in a high-volume administration or financial services environment
-
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
-
High attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work
-
Competent in MS Office Suite
