π Overall Purpose of the Job
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide critical administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of area-specific operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating technical operations, managing schedules, assisting with stock control, and supporting clients and technicians alike.
β Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 / Matric β Essential
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Computer literacy in MS Office Suite

Experience using Listener system β Advantageous
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
Operations & Scheduling
-
Gather and verify area-specific quotes
-
Confirm all quotes are logged on Listener
-
Allocate quotes to appropriate technicians
-
Efficiently schedule servicing and installation jobs
-
Prioritize technical calls to reduce travel time
Client & Sales Coordination
-
Schedule and confirm client appointments (including telephone bookings)
-
Support sales team with technician bookings
-
Help with job card transmission to Johannesburg team
-
Follow up on key client service lists (e.g. Top 20, Low Battery, Overactive)
Technical & Admin Support
-
Assist technicians with system tasks (e.g., radio loading and testing)
-
Provide technical assistance to clients
-
Track and follow up on scheduled jobs daily
-
Assist during team absences to ensure operational continuity
Stock Control & Reporting
-
Order, issue, and manage service and installation stock
-
Help with stock takes and warehouse administration
-
Distribute stock and generate technical invoices
-
Compile weekly and monthly reports
Managerial & Office Administration
-
Manage diary, travel bookings, meeting coordination, and minute-taking for the Manager

Prioritize and screen communications on behalf of the Manager
-
Maintain filing systems and screen calls professionally
