As an Administrator at TIH, you will provide high-quality administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires precision, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting departmental processes.
π Responsibilities
π Data Collection & Analysis

Accurately collect, compile, and analyze data for reporting and audits.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in internal systems and databases.

Follow TIH policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all tasks meet compliance and quality standards.

Organize and maintain important correspondence, reports, and files.

Support senior colleagues with document preparation and updates.

π Education & Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)

Secretarial Diploma (Advantageous)

At least 2 yearsβ administrative experience in a corporate environment

Experience with company secretarial duties and recruitment processes

Strong background in general admin services and data collation
