Administrator SC – Eastport DC at Pick n Pay – Apply Now!

Pick n Pay Stores Limited is currently seeking an Administrator SC to join our Eastport Distribution Centre (DC) team in Johannesburg. This key role involves overseeing the resolution of inbound issues, troubleshooting, and compiling reports using SAP and MyChep systems. If you’re proactive, have warehouse experience, and excel in administrative tasks, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗸 General Administration:

  • Handle customer account processing, reconciliations, and query resolution.

  • Ensure accuracy in the processing of documents like THAN slips, TN slips, AOD (purchase orders), and PTR (permit to remove).

  • Maintain accurate records of customer transfer notes for GLS & Chep.

• 🗸 Stock Management & Reporting:

  • Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Investigate discrepancies in equipment quantities recorded on documentation and in SAP.

  • Compile and present Inbound handover reports for the equipment team.

• 🗸 Documentation & Escalations:

  • Capture, update, and verify key documentation such as handover sheets, backhaul and transhipment documentation.

  • Log escalations as necessary and ensure that the documentation is complete and accurate.

• 🗸 Query Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve business and customer queries related to inbound issues, equipment, and packaging material linkage.

  • Regularly update the Inbound handover sheet to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Minimum Requirements:

• 🗸 Matric/Relevant Diploma.

• 🗸 2-3 years’ experience in a Warehouse/DC environment.

• 🗸 1-2 years’ experience with Warehouse Equipment.

• 🗸 SAP EWM experience is essential.
