Key Responsibilities:

✅ Proactively advise and consult customers to ensure satisfaction across every interaction.
✅ Monitor customer shipments, provide proactive updates, and resolve issues before they escalate into complaints.
✅ Manage customer onboarding by accurately capturing and transferring customer requirements into Kuehne+Nagel systems.
✅ Handle customer complaints professionally, providing effective resolutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
✅ Qualify customer inquiries, generate quotations within pricing guidelines, and follow up to close opportunities.
✅ Collaborate with sales and account management teams for continuous improvement of operational relationships.
✅ Prepare and review reports, conduct performance analysis, and support claims management from reporting to closure.

What We’re Looking For:

🎯 Minimum 3 years of experience in Air Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
🎯 Excellent communication, analytical, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
🎯 Ability to handle pressure, think critically, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, adaptability, active listening, and positive language use.
🎯 Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently.
🎯 Matric (required); a tertiary qualification in Maritime Logistics or a related field is advantageous.
🎯 Intermediate proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
