Old Mutual is looking for bright and ambitious learners to join the Amathuba Learnership Programme 2025. This opportunity is perfect for young South Africans who want to build a career in wealth management, insurance, and financial services.
Through this 12-month program, learners will earn a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
What You’ll Gain:

✔ Exposure to financial products, legislation, and business ethics

✔ Participation in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects
Who Should Apply?
✅ South African citizens aged 18-30
✅ Currently unemployed and not studying elsewhere
✅ Not previously enrolled in a Wealth Management NQF4 Learnership
✅ Passed Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent
✅ Minimum subject requirements:
- English: 50%+
- Official Second Language: 50%+
- Pure Mathematics or Maths Literacy: 50%+
✅ Available to start in May 2025
