🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Analysis & Design
✔ Collaborate with Analyst Testers to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
✔ Design and implement effective, well-defined solutions that meet business requirements.
✔ Provide recommendations for technical issues and ensure solutions align with specifications.
✔ Develop APIs and system interfaces for integration with FNZ products and third-party applications.
💻 Development
✔ Translate complex financial requirements into secure, scalable systems.
✔ Build intuitive user interfaces and interactive financial tools.
✔ Develop high-transaction processing systems handling millions of daily trades.
✔ Work closely with Solution Consultants and Analyst Testers on global projects.
✔ Build reusable, efficient code following best practices.
🛠 Quality Assurance
✔ Adhere to coding standards and best practices.
✔ Write automated unit tests for new code.
✔ Conduct manual testing to ensure high-quality system performance.
✔ Perform code reviews to maintain high standards.
🤝 Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
✔ Promote development team achievements within FNZ.
✔ Mentor new team members and provide training on platform and SDLC.
✔ Share knowledge, best practices, and technology advancements with the team.
🏆 Experience & Skills Required
✅ Primary Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
✔ Passion for innovative FinTech solutions.
✔ Some experience with programming languages and software development.
✔ End-to-end software product delivery experience.
✅ Preferred Skills
✔ Oracle PL/SQL & database experience.
✔ Expertise in Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, and packages.
✔ Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, ReactJS.
✔ Familiarity with financial products & markets.
✔ Experience with web services and automated testing tools.
