FNZ is searching for a passionate and driven Analyst Developer to join our team. As an Analyst Developer at FNZ, you’ll be an all-rounder working across the full stack. This role provides an opportunity to engage with complex business requirements within the financial services and platform domain. You will play an integral part in the development of cutting-edge financial solutions for clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Analysis & Design
Collaborate with analysts, testers, and developers to define user story definitions and acceptance criteria.
✔ Ensure well-defined solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.
✔ Provide innovative solutions and recommendations for technical issues.
✔ Help design and build APIs and external system interfaces.
✔ Development
Interpret complex financial business requirements and develop secure, high-performance systems.
✔ Design and build user-friendly interfaces for financial advisers and investors.
✔ Develop real-time workflow processing systems that support large-scale trading.
✔ Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Analyst Testers for new functionality.
✔ Quality Assurance
Follow code management procedures, coding standards, and security protocols.
✔ Write automated unit tests for new code and perform manual testing to ensure quality.
✔ Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
✔ Collaboration & Communication
Promote the development team internally and externally.
✔ Share knowledge and best practices with peers and mentor new team members.
✔ Technology
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools.
✔ Create innovative solutions using cutting-edge technology.
Required Experience & Skills
✔ A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
✔ Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server development.
✔ Proficiency in ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
✔ Familiarity with financial products and markets is a plus.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience in developing high-transaction, high-availability systems.
