🔍 Role Overview:
As an Analyst (Finance) at Hollywoodbets, your primary responsibility will be to support the Group Management Accountant by providing accurate financial reporting and developing new financial reports to improve decision-making. You’ll also play a key role in analyzing financial data to identify trends and formulate actionable strategies.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee consumable stock counts and report efficiencies across the branches.
✅ Review and ensure accuracy in consumable stock usage reports and identify errors.
✅ Manage inter-branch transfer notes and update monthly schedules.
✅ Review key expense reports including rental, utilities, and communications.
✅ Supervise the administration of 3G cards and ensure timely resolution of related queries.
✅ Analyze insurance claims and track their timely processing.
✅ Partner with department heads to understand their reporting needs and align your reports accordingly.
✅ Identify trends from financial data and suggest cost-effective strategies.
✅ Assist the Group Management Accountant in key projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel: Intermediate skills with Vlookups, Pivots, and Graphs).
✔ Experience with Pastel Evolution or similar accounting software.
✔ Studying towards a relevant Degree/Diploma is a bonus.
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
✔ The ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess project feasibility.
✔ Proficiency in business intelligence tools for report creation.

🎓 Education: Relevant degree/diploma or ongoing studies in a related field
