We are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our client’s team in the banking sector. This hybrid role based in Johannesburg involves supporting live applications, managing ticket triage and troubleshooting, and leveraging automation for operational efficiency. 💼 Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve application-related support tickets

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on live systems
