With over 30 stores across Africa, iStore is your go-to place for everything Apple. We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our iStore Gateway Durban team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Stock Control & Asset Management: Assist in overseeing and managing stock and assets to minimize risks and optimize inventory processes.
✔ Compliance with Policies & Procedures: Ensure all iStore policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to at all times.
✔ Administrative Support: Provide valuable administrative assistance to the Admin/Operations Manager and other team members, contributing to the smooth functioning of the store.
✔ Record Keeping & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of inventory, sales, and any administrative processes.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support the operational needs of the store and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
✔ Completed Matric (A tertiary qualification is a plus).
✔ 1+ years of admin experience in a retail environment or 2+ years in another industry.
✔ Experience in stock control and asset management is preferred.
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure operational success.
