We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team at iStore Sandton and support our Admin/Operations Manager in managing key operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Stock Control & Asset Management: Assist with the management and control of stock and assets to minimize risks and ensure optimal inventory levels.
✔ Policy & Procedure Compliance: Help ensure that all iStore policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly adhered to.
✔ Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative assistance to the Admin/Operations Manager and the wider team to improve operational efficiency.
✔ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, assist in reporting, and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work with the iStore team to ensure smooth daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
✔ Matric completed (Tertiary qualification is advantageous).
✔ 1+ years of admin experience in a retail environment or 2+ years in another industry.
✔ Solid understanding of stock control and asset management.
✔ Strong organizational and planning skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
