Location: Sandton, Gauteng | Job Type: Permanent | Closing Date: 30 March 2025

iStore is the home of everything Apple, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, offering a range of services such as Apple Authorised Repairs, Business and Education support, and training. We are seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to join our team at iStore Sandton and support our Admin/Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Control & Asset Management: Assist in managing inventory and assets, minimizing risk to the business.
Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensure adherence to iStore policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative assistance to the Admin/Operations Manager to enhance day-to-day operations.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and help compile reports for management.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to support smooth operations and efficient customer service.

Requirements:

Completed Matric (Tertiary qualification is advantageous).
1+ years of admin experience in a retail environment or 2+ years in another industry.
✔ Strong organisational and planning skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Tenacity and a strong drive for excellence and results.
Situational Awareness: Ability to quickly assess situations and take appropriate action.
