BCX is looking for an experienced Administrator: Client Services to join our Cloud Platform Solutions team in Paarl, Western Cape. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining service management processes and ensuring the smooth operation of client services within the organization.

As the Administrator, you will provide key support for Service Management activities and ensure compliance with all relevant SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards. Your work will involve coordination with internal teams, client interactions, and maintaining the integrity of service processes.


📋 Key Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting & Documentation: Compile and distribute reports to Service Integration Managers (SIMs) and clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity. 📊
  • SHEQ Administration: Maintain SHEQ compliance and handle related administration tasks on the client site. 🏗️
  • IT Storeroom Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT storerooms on the client site, ensuring all resources are in good condition. 📦
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Interface with process owners and technical support teams to ensure smooth service delivery. 🤝
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform analysis of data for customer reporting, identifying trends and providing valuable insights. 📈
  • CMDB Quality Control: Review, audit, and escalate inconsistencies in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to relevant support teams. 🗂️
  • Resource Activity Review: Monitor and review resource activities, ensuring efficient operations and the timely delivery of client services. ⏱️

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies:

To succeed in this role, the following skills and competencies are essential:

  • ITIL Service Management: Familiarity with ITIL service management best practices to enhance service delivery. 🛠️
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and communication. 💻
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 🗣️
  • Data Management: Expertise in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making and client reporting. 📊
  • Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with clients and deliver a high level of service. 🤝

📝 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: NQF 4 (Grade 12 National Diploma) or equivalent. 🎓
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a complex IT environment. 💼
  • Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred. 🎓
  • Additional Skills: Professional memberships in relevant industry bodies would be advantageous. 📜
