Your Role at impact.com
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining our innovative platform. You will work with a talented team, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the next generation of partnership automation solutions.
🔹 Deliver high-quality software solutions
🔹 Test end-to-end processes and troubleshoot issues
🔹 Support QA teams and maintain staging environments
🔹 Fix broken builds and enhance software performance
🔹 Assist in onboarding new team members
What You’ll Do
✅ Develop & maintain software: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
✅ Test & debug: Implement automation tests and ensure software quality
✅ Collaborate: Work with a distributed team to achieve quarterly objectives
✅ Improve system performance: Conduct code reviews and optimize software
✅ Documentation: Maintain user guides, design documentation, and test plans
✅ Deployments: Participate in production releases and ensure smooth rollouts
✅ Stay updated: Keep up with new technologies and best practices
What You Have
✔️ Education: B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔️ Experience: 1-2 years in software development
✔️ Tech Stack: Java, Spring, SQL, cloud platforms
✔️ Agile mindset: Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
✔️ Problem-solving skills: Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
✔️ Nice to Have: Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification (PXA)
