Job Description:

Are you a seasoned change management professional with a passion for driving transformation in the retail industry? TFG is looking for a Change Lead to join our dynamic team in the Western Cape. As the Change Lead, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation of the new Integrated Planning and Trade solution within our merchandise teams. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping the way we work, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing the effectiveness of our new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Leadership:

  • Lead the execution of change management strategies for the Integrated Planning and Trade solution.
  • Ensure the seamless adoption of new systems within the merchandise teams and related departments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members through the change process.

Training & Development:

  • Oversee training programs to ensure staff are equipped to work with the new systems effectively.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on the success of change initiatives, providing insights to leadership.
  • Continuously assess and refine strategies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Educational Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

💼 Skills:

  • Proven experience in change management within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Planning and Trade solutions.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
