✅ Minimum Requirements

🔹 Matric / Grade 12 PLUS one of the following:

🎓 Degree or Higher National Diploma (or studying towards completion) in: ✔️ Human Resource Management
✔️ Business Administration
✔️ Business Management
✔️ Public Administration
✔️ Management
✔️ Human Resources Development
✔️ Industrial Psychology
✔️ Organisational Psychology
✔️ Organisational Development
✔️ Labour Relations
✔️ Labour Law (NQF Level 7)

🔹 Diploma or N6 Certificate (NQF Level 5 or 6) in HR or a related field majoring in Human Resources.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Interns will gain practical experience in various HR and business management functions, including:

✔️ Assisting in HR administration & recruitment processes
✔️ Supporting employee relations & labour law compliance
✔️ Assisting with organisational development & training initiatives
✔️ Handling employee data management & HR reporting
✔️ Providing support in workplace wellness and HR projects
