💼 About the Role: Associate Engineer

As an Associate Engineer at Nintex, you’ll have the chance to develop cutting-edge software and solutions that change how businesses operate. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior engineers and work on small to medium-sized engineering challenges, gaining valuable experience as you progress.

This role provides a great opportunity for growth as you build a solid foundation in software development and contribute to the development of Nintex’s product features. Within one to two years, you will be expected to show marked progression and move up to a Level 3 Engineer.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • 💻 Writing clear, maintainable code adhering to Nintex’s coding guidelines.
  • 🎯 Contributing to the design and development of new product features.
  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Attending team ceremonies such as daily standups, planning meetings, demos, and retrospectives.
  • ✅ Providing actionable technical feedback through peer reviews and pull requests.
  • 🧪 Improving test coverage and documentation (unit tests, automation tests, etc.).
  • 🔧 Proactively testing your own work and taking ownership of bug fixes.
  • 💡 Innovating and continually improving processes.
  • 📈 Reporting progress regularly to the team and delivery manager.
  • 🏆 Promoting Nintex’s culture through our core values and tenets.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Full-stack engineering skills with a stronger focus on front-end development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and a passion for learning and growth.
