We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Consultant to join our Highveld Mall, Witbank team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maximize Sales: Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting the latest Apple products and services.
✔ Customer Experience: Provide a hands-on, interactive experience to customers, ensuring they understand the value of iStore products.
✔ Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in Apple products, services, and solutions to offer complete solutions that meet customer needs.
✔ Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers, providing information, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to meet store targets and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
✔ Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Apple products and services.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum of a Matric certificate.
✔ Some sales experience, preferably in retail or an understanding of product knowledge is an advantage.
✔ Passion for Apple products and a strong interest in technology.
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers in a retail environment.
✔ Flexibility: Ideal for individuals who are looking for part-time work with only 138 hours per month.
