About the Role
As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and strengthening strategic partnerships with Consulting Partners. Your expertise will help AWS partners accelerate their cloud journey, craft compelling solutions, and expand AWS adoption across South Africa and beyond.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing business development strategies, collaborating with AWS sales and technical teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to partners’ executive leadership. This role demands a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture executive-level relationships with Consulting Partners to understand their challenges and growth plans.

Design and execute business strategies that drive AWS adoption and revenue growth within partner ecosystems.

Collaborate closely with AWS field sales, marketing, and service teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

Act as a thought leader by sharing industry trends, best practices, and cloud transformation insights with partners.

Facilitate joint business reviews, providing actionable recommendations to improve partner performance.

What You Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
