Key Responsibilities:

✅ Brand Ambassador:

• Represent Sportscene’s brand and offer exceptional customer service to ensure an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

✅ Sales & Performance:

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in streetwear and fashion to assist customers effectively.

✅ Stock & Store Management:

• Help replenish stock to ensure the store remains well-stocked and presentable at all times.
• Take proactive steps to identify new sales opportunities and maintain store organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

💼 Skills:

• A passion for people and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong skills in customer loyalty building, negotiation, and sales.
