Requirements:
✔ Educational Qualification: Higher professional education in Social Work, Community Work, or a comparable field.
✔ Experience: Proven experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a mental health or welfare setting.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✔ Client-Centered: Compassionate approach, with a focus on respecting clients and their needs.
✔ Problem Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide practical solutions to complex challenges.
