Job Overview

Fidelity ADT is seeking Armed Response Officers in Rustenburg. The role focuses on protecting residential and commercial clients through rapid response, risk assessment, and adherence to security protocols. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with a security background seeking a stable and growth-oriented career.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents

• Patrol estates and residential areas to maintain safety and order

• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures

• Safeguard clients, property, and assets at all times

• Report incidents and complete relevant documentation accurately

• Operate firearms safely according to company and legal standards

• Assist with any additional security duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

🛠️ Skills & Certifications

• Grade B PSIRA accreditation and registered with Response

• Firearm competency (Handgun for business purposes)

• Valid driver’s license

• Physically fit, healthy, and confident working at heights

• Computer literacy (advantageous)

🏢 Experience

• Minimum 3 years in the security industry

• Estate or residential security experience
