About the Programme:
The Eskom NTCSA Artisan Learnership Programme is a structured 3-year training initiative aimed at developing skilled artisans in the electrical discipline. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training, learners will gain the expertise needed to excel in the industry. This programme offers a unique pathway to a sustainable and rewarding career within one of South Africa’s leading power utilities.

Minimum Entry Requirements:
To qualify, you must meet one of the following educational criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric):

  • Mathematics: 50%

  • Physical Science: 50%

  • English: 40%

OR

• N3 Engineering Certificate:

  • English: 40%

OR

• NCV Level 4:

  • Mathematics: 50%

  • Physical Science: 50%

  • English: 40%

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• High motivation, discipline, and eagerness to learn

• Safety-conscious and responsible attitude

• Strong sense of commitment and emotional resilience

• Basic computer literacy

Programme Structure:
