Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Asset Care Administrator to join our team in Bellville, Cape Town. As part of the Asset Management Services department, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in asset management. You will be responsible for managing work orders, providing feedback on contractor performance, and ensuring efficient handling of asset-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
As the Asset Care Administrator, your primary duties will include:
π Work Order Management:
- Review and process incoming work orders, ensuring they are accurately documented and assigned.
- Follow up on incomplete work orders, documenting reasons for non-completion and providing regular feedback.
- Drive the resolution of work orders, ensuring tasks are completed on time and as per the required standards.
π Feedback and Reporting:
- Provide continuous feedback to contractors regarding their performance.
- Generate and maintain reports on work order progress, contractor feedback, and asset performance.
π Document and Policy Compliance:
- Ensure that all work orders are fully documented in compliance with company policies.
- Regularly update asset care documentation and ensure that all records are maintained correctly.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in the role of Asset Care Administrator, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- π Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- π§βπΌ Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the asset management or operations sectors.
- π₯οΈ Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- β° Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- π Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work order processing and documentation.
- π OnKey Experience: Experience with OnKey Asset Management software is an advantage.
- π Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
