As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office functions, including Guest Services, Switchboard, Bell/Door Staff, and Front Desk operations. Your mission is to lead by example, drive exceptional customer service, and optimize operational efficiency – ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Leadership & Team Supervision

Supervise front office operations and provide strong leadership during all shifts.

Coach and motivate staff to deliver high standards of guest service.

Support team members with decision-making, guidance, and problem-solving.
🔹 Operational Excellence

Monitor daily front office activities to ensure quality and consistency.

Assist in implementing and maintaining departmental procedures and policies.

Step in during the Front Office Manager’s absence to manage full operations.
🔹 Guest Satisfaction

Foster a guest-centric culture by addressing complaints effectively.

Ensure personalized service is delivered at every interaction.

Regularly engage with guests for feedback and service improvement.
🔹 Reporting & Communication

Report key updates and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Drive improvement plans based on guest satisfaction surveys.

Maintain open lines of communication across departments.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or GED, with 3 years of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, or related fields.
OR -
2-year diploma/degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar, plus 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
