FNZ is offering an exciting Associate Analyst Developer position designed to launch your career in the fast-paced financial services sector! This entry-level role provides a platform for junior developers to hone their technical skills and work alongside experienced developers, learning to tackle complex business requirements in the financial domain.
As an Associate Analyst Developer, you’ll gain exposure to both the technical and business aspects of FNZ’s platforms while contributing to key projects and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Analysis & Design: Collaborate with senior developers to define user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in functional reviews and demonstrations to ensure well-defined solutions.

🖥️ Development: Apply technical skills to create high-transactional, secure systems and tools for financial advisors and investors. Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of systems.

🛠️ Quality Assurance: Write automated unit tests, participate in code reviews, and conduct manual testing to maintain high standards.

🤝 Collaboration & Communication: Share knowledge, best practices, and engage in cross-team collaboration for effective solutions.
Skills & Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (A- average for undergraduates, first-class for post-graduates).

👨💻 Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL, ReactJS, and JavaScript.

💼 Work Style: Independent, self-directed, and eager to learn in a dynamic, delivery-focused environment.
