🚀 Role Overview: Associate Consultant – Graduate Program

The Launch Graduate Program 2026 is designed for high-performing students ready to begin their consulting careers. As an Associate Consultant, you will work within small, high-impact teams to help major brands answer important strategic questions and implement data-based solutions.

You will gain hands-on exposure to industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality, and technology—while contributing directly to client engagements from day one.

📊 Specialization: Performance Analytics Track

Candidates will primarily join the Performance Analytics track, focusing on data-driven strategy development.

You will:

• 🔎 Use SQL, Python, BI tools, and Mastercard’s global data assets

• 📈 Analyse large datasets to develop insights, visualizations, and models

• 🤝 Work directly with clients, presenting insights and supporting recommendations

• 🧠 Combine Mastercard, client, and 3rd-party datasets to uncover trends and performance metrics
