Client Impact

• Develop personalized engagement strategies using customer demographics and behavioral insights.

• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, sponsored content, and advertisements.

• Drive CRM and analytics initiatives to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

• Refine UX/UI and customer experiences based on feedback and survey insights to improve conversions.

• Eligible to work in South Africa and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
