What You’ll Do as Athletics Club Coordinator:
As the Athletics Club Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of the club, from administration to member recruitment, and play an essential role in ensuring the club’s success. This position offers a mix of behind-the-scenes work and involvement in various exciting events. Your responsibilities include:
- 📝 Administration & Member Management: Oversee administrative tasks and ensure new members are registered.
- 🏃♀️ Event Management: Organize weekly training runs, time trials, and other athletics events.
- 🎯 Brand Promotion: Promote the Hollywoodbets brand by ensuring the club is represented at all levels of athletics, from social to competitive events.
- 🏅 Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, coaches, and other stakeholders in the athletics community.
- 📊 Tracking & Reporting: Record attendance and results, ensuring they are submitted accurately to the website and other platforms.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- 🚗 Valid Driver’s License: To facilitate club-related transportation and events.
- 🏃♂️ Athletics Experience: A deep understanding of athletics, whether as an athlete or through previous work experience.
Bonus Skills:
- 🎓 Related Degree/Diploma: While not required, a qualification in sports management, marketing, or related fields will be an advantage.
