🌍 About the Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As an Audio-Visual Support Associate, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot on-site AV systems including large conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, training rooms, and custom setups.

• Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain AV hardware.

• Ensure all AV rooms and systems are functional and ready for use.

• Provide live support for events and corporate communications across various time zones.

• Manage AV inventory, handle replacement logistics, and document system faults and resolutions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the customer and user experience.

• Create and refine SOPs and support documentation based on real-time findings and stakeholder feedback.

🧠 Key Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in the corporate AV industry.

• Proven experience in commissioning, configuring, installing, or troubleshooting AV systems.

• Strong grasp of signal flow and AV integration.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AV technologies and brands such as:

  • Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, Cisco, Shure, Poly

• Experience with:

  • Control systems, extenders, audio DSPs, matrix switchers.

  • Video/audio over IP.

• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, global setting.
