What You’ll Do:

You’ll collaborate with marketplace contributors and partners, employing your knowledge in operations and program management to escalate the Private Offers initiative. A strategic thinker, you’ll refine operational processes, innovating to remove inefficiencies and optimize the customer journey. Engaging with internal teams, you’ll influence the enhancement of Private Offers, spearheading the integration of new features to enrich the AWS ecosystem.

Who You Are:

An agile learner and problem-solver, you come prepared with a bachelor’s degree or comparable professional track record. With at least two years tucked under your belt in program management or customer support, you’re geared to take on complex challenges. Your meticulous attention to detail and robust communication skills empower you to deliver exceptional results and customer service.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or professional equivalence.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in program management or customer support within a relevant sector.
  • A solid history of troubleshooting and customer assistance.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing scalable programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborative experience with Product Management and Engineering teams on technical projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma practices.
