Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assessment and treatment of patients with hand and upper limb injuries (including post-operative care and trauma).

• Work across a range of clinical settings including outpatient clinics and surgical departments.

• Collaborate with surgeons, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Contribute to patient care plans, rehabilitation goals, and recovery timelines.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in accordance with HCA standards and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.

• Previous clinical experience in hand therapy, ideally within orthopaedic or trauma settings.

• Skilled in splinting, post-surgical rehab, scar management, and patient education.

• A commitment to person-centred care with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• The flexibility to work on a bank basis across different HCA locations when needed.
