We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Banqueting Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. You will play a key role in executing high-end events, banquets, and private functions. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to deliver consistently exceptional food in a fast-paced luxury environment.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all banqueting culinary operations

  • Develop innovative, high-quality menus for events and functions

  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth execution during service

  • Maintain Four Seasons standards of food quality and presentation

  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior staff

  • Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
