Role Overview

As a Bookkeeper at Hello Group, you will be entrusted with managing the company’s daily financial transactions with accuracy and integrity. You will work primarily with SAP or other ERP systems, handling financial records, payments, intercompany transactions, and financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, creditor payments, and intercompany transactions using SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate financial records in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Prepare and generate financial reports and invoices for internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with large data sets to analyze and verify financial data.

• Support month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.

• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to streamline bookkeeping workflows.

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping or related field.

• Degree in Financial Accounting is highly advantageous.

• 1 to 4 years of bookkeeping experience.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, especially SAP.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial data analysis.

• Ability to work on-site in Centurion, Gauteng.
