π― Role Summary
We are seeking a Bookkeeping and Business Finance Lecturer on an independent contract basis at our Bloemfontein campus. You will lecture key commerce modules and contribute to the academic department’s success through content delivery, student support, and administrative involvement.
β Key Responsibilities
π Lecture the following modules:
β Bookkeeping
β Business Finance
π Additional Duties Include:
β Preparing course notes and supplementary materials
β Conducting and grading assessments
β Providing academic support to at-risk students
β Managing general academic and departmental administration
β Ensuring quality standards in module delivery
π Minimum Requirements
π Qualifications:
β BCom Honours in Accounting (Masterβs degree is a strong advantage)
πΌ Experience:
β Relevant lecturing experience in a tertiary environment
β Familiarity with higher education standards and practices
β Experience in academic research will be beneficial
