π― Role Purpose
The BOS Client Executive will lead the Business & Operational Support System (BOS) portfolio for assigned accounts. This senior-level role combines strategic leadership, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to grow account revenue, strengthen client relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end responsibility for the BOS portfolio in assigned accounts, including strategy, positioning, and commercial execution.

Drive market share growth and expand engagements by identifying new opportunities.

Build and deepen trusted relationships with CIOs, CMOs, and senior client leaders; translate client needs into Ericsson solutions.

Develop account plans and customer roadmaps aligned with client priorities and pre-RFP opportunities.

Lead financial and growth planning to meet quarterly and yearly targets.

Qualify BOS opportunities and manage yearly presales OPEX in collaboration with account teams.

Create and advocate clear value propositions and reference cases for senior decision-makers.

Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, product, delivery, marketing, and finance to achieve shared targets.
π Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 15 yearsβ experience in complex IT sales and business development in cross-functional organizations.

University degree in Engineering, ICT, or a related field.

Strong techno-commercial expertise in Cloud, Monetization, and large enterprise solutions.

Knowledge of BOS architectures, TM Forum models (ETOM, TAM, SID), TM Forum open APIs, and 3GPP standards.

Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, AI/ML solutions, Data Analytics, and Microservices architectures.

Demonstrated consultative selling skills and ability to build customer business cases.

Proven leadership in complex sales engagements, mobilizing teams, and delivering results.
