Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.

  • Follow company procedures to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear, polite, and friendly communication with customers at all times.

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and respond in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management:

  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are fully addressed in a timely manner.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify customer issues and offer solutions to resolve their concerns quickly.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective and appropriate solutions to challenges.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with your team members to meet departmental goals and service targets.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and service delivery.

Quality Assurance:

  • Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in service.

  • Maintain high standards of performance, ensuring customer interactions are handled with professionalism.


Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
