Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Support:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service and resolving queries efficiently.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.

Follow company procedures to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
✔ Communication:

Maintain clear, polite, and friendly communication with customers at all times.

Listen attentively to customer needs and respond in a timely and professional manner.
✔ Data Management:

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and service requests in the CRM system.

Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are fully addressed in a timely manner.
✔ Problem Solving:

Identify customer issues and offer solutions to resolve their concerns quickly.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective and appropriate solutions to challenges.
✔ Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your team members to meet departmental goals and service targets.

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and service delivery.
✔ Quality Assurance:

Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in service.

Maintain high standards of performance, ensuring customer interactions are handled with professionalism.
Requirements:
✔ Education:

Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
✔ Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
