π― Role Overview β Branch Host
As a Branch Host, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our branch. Youβll play a vital role in managing front-desk operations, supporting branch administration, and contributing to a seamless and positive client experience.
β Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Provide professional and friendly reception services to clients
βοΈ Refer clients efficiently to relevant staff or departments
βοΈ Manage front-office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
βοΈ Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative and clerical tasks
βοΈ Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times
π§ Skills & Competencies
βοΈ Strong written and verbal communication skills
βοΈ Excellent organizational and office management abilities
βοΈ Customer-service oriented with conflict resolution capabilities
βοΈ Adaptability and eagerness to learn
βοΈ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
βοΈ Typing and document handling proficiency
π Qualifications & Experience
π Matric (Grade 12)
π
1β2 yearsβ experience in office administration, coordination, or clerical support
π Client-facing experience in service or insurance environments (advantageous)
π’ Prior experience in an insurance branch (preferred)
