As a Branch Host, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our branch. You’ll play a vital role in managing front-desk operations, supporting branch administration, and contributing to a seamless and positive client experience.

βœ”οΈ Refer clients efficiently to relevant staff or departments
βœ”οΈ Manage front-office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
βœ”οΈ Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative and clerical tasks
βœ”οΈ Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times
