Key Responsibilities
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. Your core duties will include:
Sales & Profitability

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-
Create a customer-focused environment that drives revenue
-
Monitor KPIs and execute plans to meet or exceed goals
Team Leadership & People Management
-
Lead, coach, and manage the store team to ensure optimal performance
-
Foster a positive, motivating and engaging team culture
-
Conduct staff training and development programs
Customer Experience
-
Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and complaint resolution
-
Promote a seamless and professional in-store experience
Operational Excellence
-
Oversee financial and administrative functions, including reporting and compliance

Manage stock levels and coordinate stocktakes
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

Maintain store image, layout, and merchandising in line with company standards

Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost sales
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
-
3 to 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment
-
Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management (advantageous)
