Key Responsibilities

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. Your core duties will include:

Sales & Profitability

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Create a customer-focused environment that drives revenue

  • Monitor KPIs and execute plans to meet or exceed goals

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage the store team to ensure optimal performance

  • Foster a positive, motivating and engaging team culture

  • Conduct staff training and development programs

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and complaint resolution

  • Promote a seamless and professional in-store experience

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee financial and administrative functions, including reporting and compliance

  • Manage stock levels and coordinate stocktakes

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Maintain store image, layout, and merchandising in line with company standards

  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost sales


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment

  • Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management (advantageous)
