Key Responsibilities:

As the Branch Manager at PPG, you will have a hands-on role, managing the branch’s day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operational Management:

  • πŸ› οΈ Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, health and safety, and administration.

2. Sales and Market Growth:

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • πŸŽ“ Post Grade 12 qualification in Sales or Marketing (Desirable).
  • πŸ’Ό Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive market or related industry.
  • πŸ–₯️ Proficiency in MS Office.

Desired Skills:

  • πŸš— Knowledge of the automotive market and products (preferred).
  • πŸ”‘ Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive a team to success.
  • 🚢 Ability to work retail hours as required.
