Job Overview

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at its Incredible Connection New Market branch in Alberton.

This permanent management role is ideal for a results-driven retail leader with strong experience in sales management, stock control, compliance, team leadership, and branch operations.

The successful candidate will drive store profitability, ensure exceptional customer service, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Drive branch sales performance and exceed targets
Implement customer retention strategies
Deliver exceptional customer service
Build long-term customer relationships
Monitor market and competitor trends

Stock & Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels effectively
Ensure stock availability
Minimize stock losses and shrinkage
Support demand planning and replenishment

Team Leadership

Qualifications

Education

Grade 12 / Matric

Experience

Minimum 3 years proven retail management experience
Experience in a furniture or retail environment preferred
Mid-senior leadership experience
