The Brand Representative is responsible for delivering product demonstrations in schools, educating young girls on products and life cycle challenges, and promoting brand awareness while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. 📌 Job Overview

As a Brand Representative, you will educate and empower young girls while promoting your brand in schools and retail environments. You will manage your territory, build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain stock and equipment, and consistently deliver impactful presentations. The role combines operational excellence, relationship management, and personal development in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

✅ Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Engage diverse audiences, tailoring communication to learners and school representatives.
Foster trust and rapport with your field administrator and client contacts.

Operational Excellence

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly presentation and promotion targets.
Maintain and safeguard presentation stock and equipment in excellent condition.
Manage time effectively to adhere to appointment schedules and optimize performance.
Coordinate and execute retail promotions during peak periods, such as school holidays.

Reporting and Compliance

Maintain accurate records of sample distribution and attendance logs.
Submit weekly/monthly performance updates to management.
Record detailed information in Retail Cloud for each session.
Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Personal Development

Complete mandatory training and development courses on time.
Continuously improve presentation and field marketing skills.

🎓 Qualifications

Education:

Grade 12

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in sales or training
Minimum 2 years field experience
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Skills & Abilities:

Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools

Transportation & Technology Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (<10 years) with roadworthy certificate and business insurance
Own a smartphone with sufficient storage for apps and media
