Key Responsibilities

• Execute full and timely daily production targets aligned with the bulk plan

• Maintain the highest quality standards for bread production

• Ensure all company rules, procedures, and safety protocols are strictly followed

• Keep production areas clean and orderly, maintaining excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards

• Conduct planned maintenance of assigned equipment and assets

• Accurately complete all necessary administrative tasks and records

• Adhere to SOPs, Food Safety regulations, and Health & Safety requirements

• Work effectively within a team to promote continuous improvement and problem-solving

• Be flexible to work shifts, including overtime and weekends when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
