🎯 Purpose of the Role

The Business Analyst – Operational Delivery will play a critical role in designing, improving, and supporting operational processes to ensure optimal implementation of business solutions. This includes working closely with stakeholders from business, technology, and product teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions, facilitate change management, and provide post-implementation support in the operational environment.

🎓 Minimum Education Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis.

🎓 Preferred Education

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

đź’ˇ Knowledge & Experience

Minimum:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business analysis knowledge areas.

  • Ability to work independently on small assignments or under supervision on larger projects.

  • Completion of Capitec BA School of Learning Level 2 (internal candidates).

  • Strong skills in business and data analysis.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into process diagrams, context models, and visual explanations.

  • Functional and business process design expertise.

  • Experience in bridging communication between business and technology teams.

  • Familiarity with project management principles and development lifecycles.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Ideal:

  • Banking industry experience.

  • Exposure to Amazon Connect, Power BI, Visio, Draw.io, and Salesforce.
