🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As a key support to the Commercial Development Manager, you’ll work closely with different business segments to:

🔍 Performance Analysis & Insights

• Monitor and analyze commercial performance against targets.

• Generate insights from data to strengthen strategy and processes.

• Manage both internal and external data sources ensuring data integrity.

📊 Business Intelligence & Planning

• Assist with business planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

• Develop dashboards and reports that drive commercial decisions.

• Support strategic projects like pricing excellence, CRM optimization, tenders, and more.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales for market and territory analysis.

• Engage with stakeholders across functions to analyze and improve overall performance.

• Own and manage daily CRM-related activities (Salesforce.com).

✅ Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• CA(SA) / CIMA or a relevant Finance Degree.

• 0–2 years post-articles experience.

• 1–2 years in business partnering or management consulting preferred.

• Experience in the Pharma or Medtech industries is a plus.

💻 Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Power BI, Tabular Data Modelling, SQL, and Python are advantageous.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

🤝 Soft Skills

• Commercially savvy and detail-oriented.

• Strong communicator with the ability to engage across cultures in SA & SSA.

• Organized, structured, adaptable, and solutions-driven.
