Pay@, a leading payment aggregator and secure payment solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Stellenbosch. This role is central to bridging the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative payment products and services.

🎯 Role Purpose

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring seamless project delivery within the Payment Solutions environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional documentation.

• Document procedures, workflows, and process improvements.

• Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.

• Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm alignment with requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement in analysis tools and processes.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification.

• 3–5 years of business analysis experience.

• Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, banking, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.

• Fluent in business English (additional languages beneficial).
