Sable International, a leading provider of international financial, immigration, and business services, is hiring a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join their Cape Town operations team. You’ll act as the vital link between business units and IT, supporting digital transformation and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions

• Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT teams, and external vendors

• Generate data reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or SQL

• Assist with change management by preparing training materials and documentation

• Participate in solution evaluation and ensure alignment with business strategy

• Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes

🎯 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3–5 years of business analysis experience in a corporate or multi-division setting

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)

• Business process modelling and documentation experience

• Proficient in the Microsoft technology stack

• Competency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or Power BI

• Business Analysis Certification (e.g. CCBA or equivalent)

• Experience working in professional services or financial environments
